Depending on the country you live in or the agency where you got your rental contract from will depend on the terms and conditions of the rental contract. You are legally bound to this contract once you have signed it and therefore must abide by these rules that are stipulated within the contract. You can often draw up your own rental contract if you are not satisfied with the one provided by the real estate agency though many of the agencies will not do this and you will need to sign their contract to secure the dwelling.

If you have your own house, apartment, flat or business dwelling then the best option might be to rent it out yourself rather than paying an agent to do it for you. You can buy a premade rental contract online or you can made your own and then have it verified by a legal property lawyer. This will be costly to start with but will save you money in the long run because you can use that same contract over and over again and use it for other dwellings by changing the details on the script.
